Information We Collect, How We Use It and Storage

We collect your personal information so we can identify you, be able to support you, provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services. The information we collect is mostly your full name, address, date of birth, mobile number, email address and NDIS plan details. We may also ask for additional information when required for other supports or services. If we use your information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use.

There are a few ways of how we collect your information via text messages, emails, video calls, messages through our website, interviews, third parties and website cookies.

All your information is stored securely, and we have a system in place that protects it from unauthorised access, misuse and loss. When we no longer need your personal information after 7 years, we will destruct them securely.

Information Sharing

We will never disclose your personal information to anyone until we have your permission in writing to do so. But we are obliged to share your personal information when required or authorised by law eg police, courts etc.
